General Terms and Conditions

Part of all agreements between the A&R TECH and its suppliers and contractors are the general conditions of purchase of A&R TECH in the current version.

All legal transactions between the A&R TECH GMBH and their buyers or clients are subject to the General Conditions, published by the Association of Electrical and Electronics Industry of Austria in the current version.

The application and validity of terms and conditions of contractors that contradict the conditions listed above, even partially, are excluded entirely.
