Our quality control systems are integrated in all of our development, manufacturing and logistics processes. Quality is the guiding principle for all A&R TECH employees. The highest quality standards are ensured and implemented by our high-end test systems.

The data of all production and test systems (SMD-machine, automated optical inspection, function tests) are stored in our quality database. This database represents the foundation for continuous production and process improvement and complete quality traceability throughout the entire product life cycle.

We ensure that not only in development, but also in production, the requirements and relevant railway technology industry standards (EN50155) are adhered to.

Our management system was certified to meet EN ISO 9001:2008 and IRIS Rev 2.0 standards.

Our production’s outstanding quality standards enable us to produce safety devices and components that meet and even exceed the predetermined TÜV-certified SIL level.
